Presenting Problem:
Borderline personality disorder (diagnosed by Dr. Gordon Day, Ph.D.). Manipulative and low flexibility towards change or not getting her way. Fears of boys, heights, the dark, and being alone.
Client Strengths:
Insurance, family support, RTC support network, education to the 11 grade, friendly/able to include others, horsemanship, has personal boundaries, has therapists, autonomous and positive attitude about being at Aspiro to receive help.
Goals:
Learn habits of thinking of multiple solutions.
Make friends with other students in the program.
Discuss and learn how trust is developed in individuals.
